Principle activities of ASG are to:
- Provide analytical resources to support the teaching undergraduate officer cadets at RMC-CMR.
- Initiate research in the environmental and radionuclear fields and participate in the training of graduate students.
- Partner with federal agencies in research and development activities that
support Canada’s environmental activities and security.
- Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC).
- Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Research and Technology Initiative (CRTI).
- Support the health and safety, and environmental activities
of Canadian Forces and the public by the provision of
accredited analytical data and technical expertise.
