Summary
This course is intended to provide junior officers with a common grounding in Military Law, with two main themes: the Canadian Forces (CF) Military Justice System as related to officer responsibilities in good order and discipline; and the Law of Armed Conflict as viewed from a modern military perspective. Each theme is presented in a separate module and each module takes about two days to complete.
