Brief History

Mr. Fitzgerald began working at RMC in January 2007. After serving in various maintenance and engineering positions with the Canadian Air Force for over 20 years, Andy Fitzgerald retired as a senior officer in 2006 and is currently the co-founder and President of ACF Associates.  With his in-depth understanding of the military environment and his proven management capabilities, Andy’s focus has been to provide aerospace support services to both government and civilian industry specializing in maintenance management, program performance improvement and capturing and assessing the improvement through the use of established performance metrics.

Andy has a mechanical engineering degree from the Royal Military College of Canada and a Masters of Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University. He is also a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario.
