Professional Biography
Major Belanger enrolled in the CF in 1990. She served as a musician and a clerk with the Naval Reserce (HMCS Montcalm) until her transfer to the Regular Forces as a Personnel Selection Officer in 2001. She is a graduate of Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (BA, Psychologie), and of Université Laval (MA, Psychopédagogie). She was also employed as a lecturer at Universite Laval from 1997 to 2001. Major Belanger was posted to RMC in June 2006 and is currently employed as a lecturer in the Military Psychology and Leadership Department.
Her academic interests include Cognitive Process of Learning, Ethical behavior and Social Cognition.
