Professional Biography
Ron Dickenson was a member of the Canadian Army/Canadian Forces for over thirty-three years. He served as an Armour Crewman, Infantry Officer, and Personnel Selection Officer until his retirement in 1995. He is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada (BA, English), Queen's University (MA, Clinical Psychology), and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
Since 1995, he has been a sessional Assistant-Professor at RMC, teaching senior students in organizational behaviour, leadership, military professionalism, and ethics. He is the author of the popular courses "PSE 312: Military Psychology and Combat" and "PSE 301: Organizational Behaviour and Leadership" in RMC's continuing studies program.
