Dr Philippe Constantineau received his doctorate in Philosophy, Ancient Greek Philology and Political Science from the University of Heidelberg in 1984. He has published La doctrine classique de la politique étrangère , coll. "L'ouverture philosophique", L'Harmattan, Paris & Montréal 1998, 240p., as well as numerous articles in both Canadian and French journals.
