Hal Klepak is professor of history and warfare studies at the Royal Military College of Canada. Following his university courses in Canada, England and Cuba, he enrolled in the McGill undergraduate programme and later earned his masters and doctorate at London University. He is also special advisor to the Department of National Defence, the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Army Commander for Latin American security Affairs.
