Recreation Clubs

Recreation Clubs are created and organized by Officer Cadets with the primary intent of providing leadership opportunities for students. They also help to develop the social skills of those who choose to get involved and to introduce different leisure and athletic activities to the RMCC community that may not already be offered through the varsity and intramural programs.

While a minimum of 51% of a club's membership must be made up of Officer Cadets, RMCC professors, PSP, and CANEX staff are all welcome and encouraged to join any club that might be of interest to them and to support Officer Cadet initiatives. Community members are also allowed to take part but their involvement cannot exceed 20% of a club's total membership.
