Basketball Camps

We are pleased and excited to announce the dates and information for this year’s upcoming RMC Transition Basketball Camps, which has been in session for over 10 years! The camps will, once again, be athlete centered and geared towards preparing, and introducing, aspiring athletes to the demands of playing basketball at the next level.

Instruction will be given by the coaching staffs of both our Men’s and Women’s Varsity Teams. In addition, members of both teams will be in attendance to assist with instruction and to share their experiences of playing in the CIS.

A typical day at camp consists of individual skill development in the morning, followed by team concepts, competitions and a pool session in the afternoon. This year we will continue with our Shoot-Out Competition and our One on One Competition.

• Grade School Camp (boys and girls entering grades 5-8) – July 20-24, 2009
• High School Camp (boys and girls entering grades 9-12) – July 13-17, 2009
• 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Cost: $175 (Registration before July 1st, 2009)
• Site: Kingston Military Community Sports Centre
• Note: The gym will be opended and supervised from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day
