- A searchable database of Canadian, British, and American classified and unclassified documents of a scientific and technical nature related to defence. Documents are available for ordering. For further information regarding services, or for a search, please contact the Library at okr@rmc.ca. Note: this service is only available to Royal Military College staff, faculty and students . A database including only unclassified, unlimited reports can be found on the web.
- Compendex (Engineering Index), 1884-
- Compendex is a bibliographic database containing over 5 million records and references to more than 5,000 engineering journals and conferences. Subjects covered include: civil, energy, environmental, geological, and biological engineering; electrical, electronics, and control engineering; chemical, mining, metals, and fuel engineering; mechanical, automotive, nuclear, and aerospace engineering; computers, robotics, and industrial robots. Scopus Cited By counts for documents are available.

- InsideDefense.Com (through CFVL)
- InsideDefense.com provides access to a daily news services featuring links to thousands of articles and documents relating to US Department of Defense programs, policies, procurement and funding. Includes full-text access to Inside the Pentagon, Inside the Navy, Inside the Army, Inside the Air Force and Inside Missile Defense as well as DefensePlus.
- Inspec, 1896-
- Inspec is a bibliographic database produced by the Institution of Engineering and Technology . It indexes the world's scientific and technical literature in the areas of physics, electrical engineering, electronics, communications, control engineering, computers and computing, and information technology, covering over 3,500 journals. It is also the premiere source of indexing for IEEE publications, which the library subscribes to in their entirety.
- International Security & Counter Terrorism Reference Center (through CFVL)
- This database offers information on virtually every aspect of security and counter-terrorism. Content includes hundreds of full text journals and periodicals, hundreds of thousands of selected articles, news feeds, reports, summaries, books, blogs, FAQs, and proprietary Background Information Summaries that pertain to terrorism and security.
- Jane's (through CFVL)
- This database offers the full text of many of Jane's publications and magazines in the fields of defence, security, transport, public safety and law enforcement. There is a five-year archive and monthly updates.
- Military and Government Collection (through CFVL)
- Index to almost 400 titles, plus full text articles from 287 military, engineering and general interest publications, all mainly American. In addition there are full text country reports from CountryWatch and 245 full text pamphlets.
- NATO Research and Technology Organisation(formerly the Advisory Group for Aerospace Research and Development - AGARD)
- Provides a searchable database and full-text of selected reports dating from 1994. For previous years, see the library's AGARD collection.
- ProQuest Military Collection 1991- (through CFVL)
- ProQuest Military Collection indexes over 515 journals, some in full text, that cover a range of government and military related subjects, including international relations, political science, criminology, defense, aeronautics, communications, etc.
- ScienceDirect (Elsevier), 1995-
- This database provides full-text access to over 1800 peer-reviewed journals published by Elsevier and its subsidiaries. It covers disciplines in science and engineering, life sciences, health sciences, and social sciences and humanities.

- A searchable database of DTIC reports
- Web of Knowledge, 2004-
- The Web of Knowledge provides access to current and retrospective
multidisciplinary information from approximately 8,700 of the world's
leading scholarly research journals. It also provides *cited reference
